| Irrfan Khan and his nine-year-old son Babil had a narrow escape off the coasts of Pattaya recently while filming for a song sequence for Teesri Manzil 302 in a nearby island. The local Thai crew members had warned the film unit about high tidal waves after sunset. However, Irrfan, co-stars Lucky Ali, Deepal Shaw and director Navneet Baj Saini were too engrossed in taking shots of the dusk, and thereafter ran into rough weather. They were successful in boarding a speed boat, but later the boat had an engine failure.

| Irrfan Khan was supposed to play the role essayed by Zakir Hussain in Johnny Gaddaar. However, he could not allocate the dates because of his other shooting commitments and Zakir stepped in subsequently.
