Now here’s something that has just come to our notice. Amitabh Bachchan’s get up in Shaad Ali’s forthcoming film Jhoom Barabar Jhoom is receiving applauds. The multi-colored jacket with the two feather cap and long grey hair wig suits the versatile actor completely. But what is even more interesting is his long boots.

According to a source at Yash Raj Studios, when Amitabh was having a trial costume shoot, he really liked what he saw and wanted to add his own inputs into his look. So he got his boots which he had worn way back in 1987-88 which were used as part of his costume for the film Shahenshah.

Remember the mysterious hero is black who fought against injustice doubling as a bumbling cop Vijay Kumar Shrivastava in this Tinnu Anand film? If you recall he also wore a grey haired wig in that film as well.

Amitabh had apparently kept these boots all these years and now came up with the idea of using them here.

Jhoom Barabar Jhoom stars a number of other stars including Bobby Deol, Abhishek Bachchan, Preity Zinta and Lara Dutta.
