Prachi Desai's new look for Rock On revealed

Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar's next film, Rock On, went on floors on January 7, 2008. The entire schedule is being filmed in Mumbai. Rock On marks the debut of TV actress Prachi Desai in Bollywood.
Prachi has a new and nifty look in the film in compared to her original look on TV. Adhuna Akhtar has worked on her hair; Shabana and Niharika Khan worked on her make up and costumes respectively.
The film revolves around four young boys who put together a rock band. Ten years hence, fate conspires to bring them together again and set them on a journey back to where they left off. A soul searching pilgrimage into their past. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment, the film is being directed by Abhishek Kapoor. Rock On stars Farhan Akhtar, Arjun Rampal, Prachi Desai, Purab Kohli, Sahana Goswami and Luke Kenny.
Music for the film is composed by Shankar, Eshaan and Loy with lyrics by Javed Akhtar and cinematography by Jason West. The film is scheduled to release in mid 2008.
