The secret map is only with the professor. When Jackie Shroff persuades him to part with it he refuses and burns it. He jumps off the cliff saying that the secret has been destroyed. If the professor had destroyed it, then how come for Vivek Oberoi (his son) to found it 20 years later?

Vivek Oberoi’s hair is wet in the fight sequence in the burning truck but in the very next frame it is dry and neatly combed.
