You remember a lot of crossover films when you watch Loins of Punjab Presents . The film could have been better at places but it's not a pain in the loin at the same time. Manish Acharya chooses a different film for his debut and manages to entertain. Do watch the film if you get kicks laughing at apparent Indian eccentricities.

Realistic characters, realistic setting, but yet a story that is not completely believable. All-in-all, it is more of a “relaxed Sunday afternoon at home” movie than a “rush to the theater this instant” one.
