Jimmy Shergill signed on by Shyam Benegal for Carmen

Irrespective of the box-office performance of his films, Shyam Benegal continues coming up with quality cinema. After Bose – The Forgotten Hero, Benegal is starting work on Oscar Hammerstein’s renowned musical, Carmen. Jimmy Shergill has been roped in for the film who will play a BSF jawan in Carmen. He has been cast opposite Urmila Matondkar.
Jimmy’s other films under-production films include Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Yagna and Deepak Tijori’s comedy caper, Tom, Dick And Harry. This actor sure is going places!
