Veteran actor Dilip Kumar finds himself in a legal tangle. A company, Deccan Cements Limited has filed a case against him. Around eight years ago, Dilip Kumar was a director of G K Exim India Limited, a trading company registered in Kolkata. The complainants, Deccan Cements Limited had invested Rs. 1 crore in G K Exim India Limited. When the time came to repay, Dilip Kumar’s company issued two cheques, both of which bounced. The Nampally Court in Hyderabad has issued a non-bailable warrant against the actor.
