Vidya Balan in Pakistan

After winning the hearts of the Indian public with her role in Parineeta, Vidya Balan is all set to go to Karachi, Pakistan. The purpose of her visit is to release the Urdu version of London-based author Mahnaz Rehmatullah’s book Mo's Story, along with British filmmaker Michael Radford. She is ecstatic about her visit. Parineeta fetched her many accolades in Pakistan as well. The author wanted someone who represented India correctly. And Balan, fit the bill perfectly. The English version of the book was released by Cherie Blair, the wife of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, a month ago in London.
That’s another feather in Vidya’s cap!
