Kareena shoots for Tashan at Haridwar

One of the most anticipated release of the next year is undoubtedly Yash Raj’s Anil Kapoor, Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor starrer, Tashan. While not much has been known about the movie, except the much talked about get ups of the stars, we bring you the latest scoop.
As per our Haridwar based sources, the unit of Tashan was in the holy city yesterday ( Tuesday). The leading lady, Kareena Kapoor, reached the sets erected by the Yash Raj team, at the cremation area of the VIP ‘ghat’, on the banks of the holy Ganges. For the next four hours Kareena slogged it out, to give the perfect immersion ( 'visarjan') shot.
The local coordinator of Tashan, Ravi Shankar Tripathi, told us that unlike the public and media perception, Tashan is quite a traditional movie.
Tashan is expected to be Yash Raj Films’ first major release of 2008.
